We're on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our team on theNet Slab at our stunning Dover site. If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a dynamic, hands-on environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role: As a member of the net slab team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and safety of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* General cleaning and repairs of aquaculture nets
* Rope work and equipment handling
* Supporting general farmhand duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
* Forklift Ticket a bonus
* Strong communication skills
* Great time management and organisational abilities
* A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on safety
* Comfortable working in wet and fast-paced environments
No aquaculture experience? No problem We provide full on-the-job training for the right candidate.
