Responsibilities
* You'll work alongside the Head chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off.
* The venue is a busy and vibrant venue, which serves bistro style food plus full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.
About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years' experience, and:
* Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
* Can produce consistent quality
* Have a positive and 'can do' attitude
* Own traditional uniform and knives
* Have experience in quality a la carte dining
* Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
* Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
