Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Managed Services Engineer.
This role will involve providing technical support and guidance to clients across various cloud technologies, including M365 and Azure security. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1. Provide remote and on-site support to clients
2. Experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously
3. Resolve customer issues by working on tickets and managing incidents
4. Analyse and resolve technical issues across various technologies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* At least 4+ years of experience in managed services, supporting multiple customers at the same time
* Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Azure
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to multitask and deal with multiple customers in varying IT capability
* Australian Driver's License and own car
