About The Role
The organisation is seeking an EL1 ERP Change Manager to drive one of the most critical enterprise ERP transformations, shaping how people, process, and technology come together across a complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end‐to‐end change management strategy for ERP transformation
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, and change plans
- Develop training, capability uplift and adoption strategies across business groups
- Drive change readiness, business transition and go‐live support activities
- Act as trusted advisor to senior executives on change impacts, risks and mitigation
- Integrate change activities into daily project delivery with project leadership teams
- Translate technical system changes into clear business and operational impacts
- Establish governance, reporting, metrics and adoption tracking frameworks
- Support business units across Finance, HR, Procurement and Corporate Services
- Partner with vendors and delivery teams to align technical and change outcomes
- Lead organisational readiness in a complex, fast‐moving delivery environment
- Build internal change capability and uplift organisational maturity
Experience & Skills Required
- Strong background in enterprise change management (ERP or large‐scale ICT programs)
- Proven ability to lead complex change in ambiguous, high‐pressure environments
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and business leaders
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business impacts
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas
- Experience delivering training, communications, and adoption strategies
- Skilled in change governance, reporting, and benefits tracking
- Demonstrated ability to work within multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in government or similarly complex regulated environments highly regarded
