We are seeking a Technical Operator to join our team at our Karawatha facility. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficiency and compliance with GMP and BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct pre-operational checks to verify machine safety, cleanliness, and correct setup.
* Operate and monitor equipment under guidance from the Operator Maintainer to achieve a consistent production flow.
* Ensure product quality through routine inspections of materials and products during various stages of production.
* Identify and respond to common machine alarms and stoppages, performing basic troubleshooting.
* Maintain workplace hygiene and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Requirements:
* Certificate II or III in Food Processing.
* Experience with production management systems such as SCADA, SAP, or similar.
* Hands-on experience with specific food processing machinery.
* A minimum of 3 months' experience in a high-risk food manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated experience with food safety practices and process reporting.
