The Role
As a Medical Receptionist / Client Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and an essential support for our physiotherapy team.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
* Managing patient bookings, phone calls, payments, and practice management systems
* Providing accurate administrative support to physiotherapists and visiting practitioners
* Prioritising tasks and problem-solving in a fast-paced front desk environment
* Contributing positively to team culture and the overall feel of the clinic

Hours & Pay
This is a permanent part-time role (~21 hours per week) with set shifts:
* Monday: 3:00 pm – 8:15 pm
* Tuesday: 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
* Wednesday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
* Friday: 2:45 pm – 7:30 pm
* Saturday: One Saturday per month (8:15 am – 2:15 pm)
