A well-reputed company is seeking casual part time Customer Service Officer to join their team
**Your new company**
This company specialises in providing a range of health and safety services for organisations including drug and alcohol testing, employee vaccinations and Covid-19 initiatives such as temperature screening. They also offer a variety of health and safety training and education courses for companies.
**Your new role**
- Answering phone calls and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Processing payments and managing collections
- Entering data to various systems
- Liaising with external vendors and scheduling appointments
- Additional administration duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
- Previous experience working in a contact centre
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Computer skills including, typing skills, excel use, outlook use and skype use
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work over multiple systems
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously
