About the Department
A large federal government agency responsible for national security and critical capability delivery. Operating across complex, high‑security environments, the organisation leads major technology, intelligence and cyber programs that support Australia's strategic interests.
About the role
You will support the development, configuration and enhancement of the Salesforce platform under the direction of a Senior Salesforce Developer. The role focuses on workflows, automation and platform optimisation within an agile environment, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Duties
* Configure and enhance Salesforce platform components
* Build flows, workflows and automation features
* Support agile delivery using Kanban and Scrum
* Assist with integration planning and testing
* Improve processes, tools and platform performance
Skills & experience
* Active NV1 Security Clearance
* Salesforce Admin, App Builder and Platform Developer certs
* Strong Apex, LWC and JavaScript capability
* Proven Salesforce configuration and customisation experience
* Ability to work with business teams to automate processes
