We have an exciting casual opportunity for an enthusiastic pastry chef to join our team. We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented individual with a background in either commercial pastry or cookery.
We are looking for a committed individual who works well in a team to continue delivering consistently high product standards.
You will work to follow weekly baking schedules, troubleshoot day to day operation issues, conduct regular quality control measures, and communicate effectively with other employees of Goods Bakery.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
* At leat 1 year of relevant experience
* Competency in lamination techniques
* Strong communicator and professional work ethic
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
* Experience in croissant and dough production
* Passion and love for viennoiserie
* Solid knowledge of bread baking & pastries
* Understanding of food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
* Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to identify and manage priorities effectively
