These roles offer the chance to shape some of Australia and New Zealand's most exciting hospitality spaces — from vibrant city pubs to destination waterfront venues.We currently have two opportunities available:* **1 x Full-Time Interior Designer** (New role due to growth & expansion)* **1 x 12-Month Contract Interior Designer** (Maternity leave cover)If you're passionate about creating memorable, layered, and brand-aligned interiors, we want to hear from you.## **What You'll Be Doing**Working as part of our national interior design team, you'll collaborate with brand, property, marketing, and operations stakeholders to bring hospitality concepts to life. You'll lead and support design activity from initial concept through to delivery, including:* Creating detailed design briefs and look-and-feel documentation* Partnering with architects, builders, and suppliers to bring concepts into reality* Selecting and procuring FF&E aligned to budget and timelines* Producing and reviewing floorplans, FF&E schedules, and styling documentation* Ensuring all design documentation meets council and WHS standards* Being hands-on during project launches, styling days, and venue openings* Supporting and managing project budgets alongside the wider project team## **What We're Looking For*** Strong conceptual and styling skills with the ability to translate brand vision into beautiful, functional interiors* Experience in hospitality, commercial, or venue design (highly regarded)* Confident managing multiple stakeholders and contractors* Exceptional attention to detail and project coordination skills* Ability to manage budgets and work within set parameters* Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and visual* Proficiency in InDesign & Microsoft Suite* Understanding of construction processes is a plus* Bonus: Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools* Work across some of the country's most diverse and unique hospitality projects* Join a passionate team of creatives, project managers, and venue professionals* See your vision come to life in a growing national and international venue portfolio* Be part of a business that values innovation, design excellence, and communityIf you're ready to bring creativity, structure, and design leadership to a dynamic and expanding portfolio, we'd love to hear from you. **Apply now and let us know which role you're interested in — or apply for both**Make your career one to remember at Aus Venue Co.
