Responsibilities:
* Perform soldering and integration tasks according to IPC standards
* Contribute to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) improvements
* Drive Lean process improvements
* Accurate record-keeping

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* Soldering experience will be an asset
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS Office products
* LEAN or other continuous improvement methodologies will be highly desirable
* Structured problem-solving skills
