Partnering with circa 40 Joint Venture Partners across 20 Gold Coast stores, you'll act as the primary point of contact for partners, be a trusted advisor and a key strategic partner helping drive performance, growth, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the State Director, you'll provide high-level operational leadership while translating state and national strategies into actionable, regionally relevant plans that drive sustainable performance.

Your responsibilities will include owning and executing the regional plan, partnering closely with Store Partners to optimise performance, and identifying and delivering opportunities for growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement across your portfolio.

Proven ability to analyse and interpret a broad suite of reporting and performance tools to coach, influence, and develop Partners toward improved commercial outcomes
Capability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and Retail Support peers within a Melbourne-based head office environment
Demonstrated experience driving measurable improvements in customer experience, service standards, and overall store performance
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the region
