About the Opportunity
Manage a team to achieve sales and margin targets across South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive growth through partnerships with key account holders and distributors.
* Align closely with stakeholders in the building industry to ensure Siniat solutions are specified in commercial projects.
* Negotiate contracts and manage strategic customer relationships for both residential and commercial segments.
* Track construction project opportunities and deliver presentations and training.
About You
Minimum 3 years experience in sales and leadership, ideally in building materials. Proven success in developing high-performing teams and achieving key performance indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
* Existing relationships with builders highly regarded.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications highly valued.
