As part of this team, you will be part of the trusted team entrusted to support the QPS Executive and the Government of the day.
The core capability requirements for this role are:
1. Undertake highly complex, independent, quantitative, and qualitative statistical analysis to influence, inform and support decision making in timely manner.
2. Deliver authoritative statistical and analytical advice, statistical reviews, reports, publications, presentations, correspondence, and information extracts, to inform crime trend identification and context.
3. Extract, collate and present data from multiple data sources using modern data storage and retrieval systems while addressing client requirements.
4. Develop and implement innovative solutions and promote continuous improvement including through the review of practices, procedures, and standards to enhance the management, dissemination, and reporting of accurate statistical data.
5. Engage and build productive relationships to create understanding and capability both within Research & Analytics team and stakeholders internal and external to the QPS, including senior management.
