WOW Recruitment is looking for a Sales Advisor to join an Industry Leader in the building and construction industry. This role focuses on inbound leads and early-stage project qualification, supporting partners, and driving pipeline through clear, consultative sales conversations.

* $75 - 80k + Super + Bonus

* Work with Inbound Leads
* Experience with high-volume calls, and Power BI is highly advantageous
About you
* 1 – 3 years' experience in inside sales, call centre or a showroom consultant is highly advantageous
* Confident phone-based communicator with strong follow-up skills
* Organised, structured, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities
* Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office, and online calling tools, experience with Power BI would be an advantage

* Qualify inbound leads from internal and digital channels
* Identify projects early and understand customer requirements
* Provide clear product and quote information to support conversion
* Identify upgrade and add-on opportunities where relevant
* Maintain accurate CRM records and basic reporting
