About Camp Coolamatong
Camp Coolamatong is one of SU's campsites located in Banksia Peninsula, Victoria (around 15 km from Bairnsdale) and has been part of the SU movement since the 1950s.
Camp Coolamatong has two distinct campsites suited to school groups: the Farm Camp, providing a wide range of introductory on‐site camping experiences, and the Lake Camp, providing tailor‐made outdoor education programmes designed for groups utilising the vast beauty of the Gippsland Lakes.
Role requirements
We are seeking a part‐time Maintenance and Farming Assistant who will be a key part of the next phase of Camp Coolamatong operations by supporting the leadership and management in maintaining quality facilities at all Camp Coolamatong properties and in the farming operations. The incumbent will assist the Camp Director, Maintenance Manager, Assistant Director and Programme Leaders in building a strong culture and a high‐performance team and in managing the various functions of programmes and operations on both sites. This position is part‐time (3 days per week).

Ideal candidate will have
* Trade certificate in Building, Plumbing and/or Mechanics would be advantageous.
* Experience with farm animals and farming is desirable but not essential.
