Your Impact
As the PAY Sales Executive for ANZ, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth of RMS PAY by expanding its adoption within our current customer base. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, you’ll identify upsell opportunities, lead commercial conversations, and help customers get more value from their RMS investment through integrated payments. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives on consultative selling and knows how to turn relationships into results.
What you’ll be doing
* Drive RMS PAY adoption and revenue by upselling to existing RMS customers across the ANZ region.
* Lead commercial discussions and negotiate contracts in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
* Educate clients on the benefits of RMS PAY through targeted outreach, product demonstrations, and consultative selling.
* Collaborate with Marketing to create campaigns and enablement materials tailored to customer segments.
* Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and present performance metrics regularly to leadership.
* Use CRM tools to track sales progress, update deal stages, and manage follow-ups.
* Represent RMS at hospitality and industry events to build trust, brand awareness, and advocacy.
* Participate in cross-department initiatives to improve the PAY customer journey and drive expansion success.
* Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights to Product and Marketing to inform roadmap decisions.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or account expansion, ideally in payments, hospitality tech, or software platforms.
* Strong knowledge of RMS or similar property/reservation management software and upsell strategies.
* A customer-centric approach to sales, with the ability to tailor solutions to unique business needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in leading high-value negotiations.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management and performance reporting.
* Track record of exceeding expansion or upsell targets within an existing client base.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
