Job Description
As a Recruitment Expert, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal teams by providing recruitment expertise and guidance. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from developing job specifications to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop recruitment specifications and source candidates for various vacancies
* Organize inductions and provide induction information to new starters
* Coordinate student, graduate, and traineeship recruitment activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. A proactive and responsive approach is essential to ensure seamless and strategic hiring processes.
* Police Clearance less than 6 months old
* Current Flu Vaccination and Covid-19 Vaccination as per Policy
* Pre-Employment Medical form and Reference Checks
