**Our Client**
Our client is a public listed international house of luxury brands.
**The Role**
An outstanding opportunity has become available to join one of the leading luxury retail groups in a Junior HRBP function. The Junior HRBP acts as a strong support to the HR Manager to partner to the brands leading brands and a pioneer in luxury worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively supports to implement people strategy for the brands' annual and long-term plans that assists the growth
- Supports employee on-boarding process
- Supports all employee life-cycle processes e.g. performance, talent and salary review
- Establishes strong relationship with teams at all levels and supports people managers on employee relations topics
- Internal Communication: Drafts and publishes posts on internal communication channel, Intranet about company events / information to all staff
- L&D: Co-ordinates general needs across all brands, identifies potential synergies for efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Supports and participates in local and regional CSR and DE&I projects
- Participates in further local and regional HR projects
**Skills Required**:
- Degree qualified, 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail/fast-moving environment at an international company, matrix organization experience is a plus
- Relationship-builder who collaborates well with all teams
- Holistic mindset, yet pays attention to detail with hands-on and proactive style
- Strong communication skills
- Engaged by working across cultures and markets
- Fluency in English
