Our Disability Support Workers provide vital assistance to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their daily needs are met in a safe and nurturing environment.
We offer quality 24/7 care in supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes), providing a supportive community for our customers.
* Assist with domestic and personal care tasks
* Help customers access and engage with their community
Broad availability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnight shifts, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred support to individuals with disabilities
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support plans
Requirements
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement
* Proficiency in using computers and software applications
* Current Driver's Licence
