We're looking for Bar Supervisors who are ready to grow with us, lead a team, and take pride in delivering great hospitality day in and day out.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Oversee day-to-day service in the bar and restaurant
* Support the Restaurant Manager in training and supervising front-of-house staff
* Ensure smooth service, high standards, and a positive team environment
* Jump in on the floor or behind the bar as needed — lead by example
* Manage bookings, sections, and service flow
* Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a fast-paced restaurant, bar or café
* Confident in both floor and bar service, with strong all-round hospitality knowledge
* A hands-on leader who can motivate and support the team
* Calm, organised, and great under pressure
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
* Based in or relocating to the Dunsborough region (accommodation not provided)
* Must have the right to work in Australia

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
