We're looking for ambitious, people-driven Field Sales Executives who love being on the move, talking to merchants, and helping hospitality venues adopt better tech.

What You'll Do
* Visit shopping strips, food courts, and business zones to identify and approach potential merchants
* Talk to store managers, chefs, or owners to understand how their operations run
* Introduce the Taptouch POS solution and book demos with Sales Engineers or close deals directly
* Log prospecting activity, maintain your sales pipeline, and hit weekly KPIs
* Gather insights and work with the team to improve product messaging and lead quality
What You Bring
Must-Haves
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills — confident in person and on the phone
* Hands-on experience in hospitality or retail (e.g., store manager, FOH supervisor)
* Strong sense of ownership and initiative — you enjoy being out and about
* Capable of using tablets, scheduling tools, and CRM
* Australian working rights and a current driver's license
Nice-to-Haves
* A degree or diploma in Business, IT, Marketing or related field
* Familiarity with POS or ordering systems
* Prior experience in B2B or field sales (but not essential — we value potential)
* Proficiency in another language (other than English) would be an advantage

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
