Lead Business Analyst – Join a High-Impact Transformation Program

What's the role?
We're looking for a skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sydney and contribute to one of Australia's largest transformation programs. This is a Sydney-based hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office. In this position, you will lead critical initiatives, mentor a team of Business Analysts, and deliver solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, providing technical guidance and professional development support.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and design effective solutions.
* Develop and present detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies.
* Manage and prioritise multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to maintain clarity and alignment.
Monitor implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvements.
What do I need?
* Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with strong leadership capabilities.
* Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and APIs.
* Experience working across Agile and iterative delivery models.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience with Siebel and Informatica is highly beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
