**Night**
**Workshop Controller**

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role is to help assist the Service Manager in coordinating operations during the night shift by planning, monitoring and controlling all repair orders. You will also help manage and lead a growing team in a forward-thinking dealership.
- Providing support to the Service Manager
- Maintaining an even flow of work
- Oversee, manage and develop technicians
- Monitor the quality of all work performed in the workshop
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Assist with carrying out vehicle repairs and/ or maintenance as per the repair order
- Ordering parts (where necessary) from Parts Department
Roster is 2:30pm - 11:30pm Mon/Fri with weekend work and overtime options available.
**About you**:
If you are currently working within the service department and would like to develop apprentices and other technicians as well as your own career, this is the role for you!
You will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman and/or as a Senior Technician
- Must hold Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Valid Australian Manual Driver's License
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills with Management
Heavy Diesel/ Duty Technician experience is preferred; however Light Vehicle experience will also be considered.
