This is a newly created senior opportunity reporting directly to our Chief Strategy Officer in our Banyo offices (near the airport) with working from home days where you will act ats a critical commercial partner with our Executive leadership Teams focusing on everything from: customerbehaviourtocomplexpricingstrategies.

YourMainResponsibilities
* StrategicGrowth&Profitability:Ownthedevelopmentofcommercialanalysestomaximizerevenueandmarginsacrossallproductcategories.
* CommercialTranslation:Movingbeyondthe"what"tothe"sowhat"—translatingdataintoclear,strategicrecommendationsfortheexecutiveteam.
* CustomerInsights:Leaddeep-divecohortanalysistounderstandLifetimeValue(LTV)andproviderecommendationsthatdrivesustainablegrowth.
* Product&PricingStrategy:LeadtheSKUrationalisationprocessandsupportpricingreviewsandpromotionalROIassessments.
* StakeholderPartnership:Actasatrustedadvisortocross-functionalteams,ensuringtimelydata-drivendecision-makingisattheheartofouroperations.
* ProjectLeadership:Provideexpertstrategicreportingandinsightsfornewgrowthprojectsandproductlaunches.
