This role is perfect for someone with solid medical reception experience looking to step into a leadership role.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coach a high-performing teamOversee day-to-day operations of the practiceManage financial performance and budgetingEnsure infection control, stock management, and high-quality patient careHandle recruitment and staff managementMarket the practice to drive patient numbersRequirements:Available full-time (38 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm.Occasional Saturday mornings may be requiredMedical reception experience requiredLeadership experience highly regardedStrong organisational, time management, and communication skillsAbility to manage difficult situations and solve problems promptlyExcellent customer service and business acumenReceptionist (Casual)We also have a casual receptionist position available for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and patient care.Key Responsibilities:Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming experienceAnswer phone calls, schedule and manage appointmentsSupport the practice manager and clinical team with day-to-day operationsProcess payments via EFTPOS, HICAPS, and MedicareMaintain patient confidentiality and ensure high-end careRequirements:Available for casual work (at least 2 days per week and alternate Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm)Previous medical receptionist experience is a plus (training provided)Strong communication and organisational skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careHow to Apply:Apply now to join our dedicated team!
