DUTIES
1. Prepare and printing Agency Agreements
2. Maintain a supply of OFI lists
3. Adhere to department systems and procedures
4. Preparing settlement packs
5. Prepare all marketing material for new listings
6. Prepare all New Listing material for sales agent
7. Receipt any over the counter payments from purchasers
8. Receipt of any marketing monies from Vendors
9. Adding of OFI times to all marketing
10. Conduct all Sales filing
11. Daily tasks ie. Sellers letters
12. Submitting of editorials
13. Adding of properties to the internet for sale
14. Exchanging of properties on the internet/paperwork
15. Scan and save all sale contracts in the relevant property file on server
16. Prepare single page Market Appraisal letters as advised
17. Prepare Sales Agency Agreements as advised
18. Prepare Sales Advices as advised
19. Prepare Sales Proposals as advised
20. Notify Daily Telegraph, RP Data and Manly Daily of sale results
21. Maintaining of all web details of sale properties
