New Graduate Program – Registered Nurse in Aged Care

Adventist Senior Living provides and delivers the following aged care services:
* Independent Living – Located in Cooranbong, Alstonville, Jewells, Sugar Valley, Tweed Heads, and Wyee Point
* Home Care – Providing care within our communities
* Residential Care – Avondale House (123 beds), Alton Lodge (42 beds), Alstonville (51 beds)
The new graduate program will be facilitated at our Residential Care facilities at Avondale House and Alton Lodge. The pay rate offered is $43.91 per hour.

Participants in the program will have the opportunity to begin their careers delivering clinical excellence and innovation in patient-centered care. The program will expose you to aged care and a range of specialized services.
Recruitment Timeline:
1. Applications close: September 24th, 2025
2. Interviews: October 6th–10th, 2025
3. Applicants advised of outcome: October 20th–24th, 2025
4. Onboarding for successful candidates: October 27th, 2025
5. Program commencement: February 2026
Your application must include and provide evidence of:
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Completion of a Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing by December 2025
* A commitment to value-based healthcare
Essential Selection Criteria:
1. Registered Nurse – AHPRA Registration upon commencement
2. Understanding of empathy and how your practice aligns with our 5 organizational values
3. NDIS Workers Screen, or willingness to obtain one
