Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated instructor to deliver acting courses to adult beginners in various venues across Greater Sydney.
The ideal candidate should possess training and experience in acting, excellent communication skills, prior teaching experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement engaging lesson plans for adult learners.
2. Deliver high-quality acting courses tailored to meet individual student needs.
3. Provide constructive feedback and support to students.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve course objectives.
Essential Skills:
* Training and experience in acting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior teaching experience.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Previous experience teaching in adult education.
* Experience conducting workshops and training sessions for adults.
* Directing experience for stage productions.
* Supervisory or management experience in any sector.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
