**About the role**
The Training Advisor plays a key role in supporting the delivery of vocational education and training (VET) programs and services to apprentices, trainees, employers, and the broader community.

This position involves working closely with stakeholders to provide guidance, support, and advice that ensures quality outcomes in training and assessment. Your work will contribute to the successful development of skilled individuals and the growth of industry capability through effective training pathways.

- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
**Essential requirements of the role**
- A Working with Children Check is an essential requirement for this role. The role has been identified as requiring a check in keeping with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012.
- Current driver's licence and a willingness to travel.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
