This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about WHS to take their expertise into a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, where you will be helping businesses ensure they are compliant and safe.Your Responsibilities:Product Support: Provide expert support to clients on the use of our WHS software, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to optimize software use for compliance and safety management.Presales Support: Demonstrate the system to potential buyers.Operation Support: Respond to and resolve support inquiries from current users of the platform.Training: Deliver training sessions to clients, helping them maximize the software and stay updated with WHS best practices.Compliance Advice: Offer professional guidance on WHS regulations, ensuring clients understand their responsibilities and how to comply effectively.Onsite Audits: Conduct onsite WHS audits to assess safety practices and identify areas for improvement.What we're looking for:WHS Certification: Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.Experience: 4-5 years of practical knowledge in WHS regulations, compliance advice, auditing, or training.
