Teaching Opportunity in Vocational Education
Federation University Australia's TAFE division offers a range of vocational education and training programs to meet the needs of individuals and industry.
As a teacher, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing quality vocational education and training (VET) programs, encompassing all facets of the learning cycle.
The position requires managing the end-to-end learning process for students from initial enquiry to final assessment using various teaching strategies including recognition of prior learning, online and workplace learning, delivery and assessment as well as traditional classroom delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, preparing, delivering, and assessing training programs
* Monitoring, assessing, and recording student attendance, progress, and results
* Participating in internal and external contractual audits
* Evaluating student teaching and learning resources
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
* Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
