Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (15+ Years Experience) Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will drive architecture, lead large transformation programs, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services, Health, Education).
* Design scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
* Establish architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
* Lead system design discussions and produce architecture artifacts (HLD, LLD, data models, integration diagrams).
Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Conduct architecture reviews and provide strategic guidance.
* Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), and event-driven architectures.
* Design data migration, data governance, and master data management strategies.
* Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Technical Leadership
* Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on coding standards and best practices.
* Review code, configurations, and solution designs for quality and scalability.
* Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
Governance & Delivery
* Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards.
* Manage risks, dependencies, and technical debt.
Required Skills & Experience Experience
* 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
* Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud preferred).
Technical Skills
* Strong expertise in:
o Salesforce Flows and declarative tools
o Integration patterns and APIs
o Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, IBM)
o Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git)
* Strong understanding of:
o Event-driven architecture
o Data modeling and governance
o Security and compliance (OAuth, SSO, Shield)
Certifications (Preferred/Required)
* Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
