ABOUT THE ROLE
You're a passionate, proven Account Director with a track record of leading high-performing teams in paid media. With a minimum of 3 years experience managing a digital team—ideally within a fast-paced agency setting—you don't just lead paid media specialists… you help them grow, stretch, and thrive.
You derive energy from watching your team perform at their peak. You know how to rally a group around bold revenue targets, turn client challenges into wins, and coach emerging talent into future leaders. You are fluent in CPCs and ROAS as you are in one-on-ones and career development plans.
You're a growth driver who can scale client accounts profitably, maintain retention through exceptional service and strategy, and consistently convert new opportunities into long-term client partnerships. Strategic thinking comes naturally, and you are comfortable forecasting department revenue as you refine team processes or work through client pitches.
You're values-aligned, culture-driven, and eager to be part of a business that blends heart, hunger, and high-performance.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We're here to set the standard for what a digital marketing agency can be—where creativity meets integrity and high standards are a badge of honour. We value humility, hunger and smarts, and champion a workplace where the most underrated trait – effort – matters. We care deeply in return and run on excellence, sustainability, and a team that hits KPIs because they matter.
Culture is the reward. Performance is the requirement.
We're looking for people who don't do things half-heartedly and who strive to push the boundaries.
ABOUT THE ROLE (continued)
The Account Director plays a pivotal role in driving growth, performance, and profitability of the paid media division. This is a team-defining, standard-setting, culture-building leadership role that shapes both clients and the internal team.
Leading a team of paid media specialists, you'll ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standards while hitting monthly revenue targets and maintaining high client retention. You'll interpret performance data, oversee cross-channel strategies, and work with department heads to forecast growth and deliver scalable service improvements.
At the core is leadership. You'll coach, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, provide regular feedback, and ensure each report understands their role in client outcomes and agency growth.
Business development is key—this role will collaborate with our Head of Digital & Group Digital Director to shape proposals, close deals, and deepen client relationships. As a senior leader, you'll actively promote our values and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
