As a Youth Worker, you’ll be right at the heart of our Permanency Support Program, supporting young people aged 11–18 who have experienced trauma and neglect. This is a high-impact role working with complex cases - it can be demanding, but it’s also incredibly rewarding for people who thrive on challenge, purpose, and making a real difference. You’ll work in our homes across the Central Coast, providing safe, stable, trauma-informed care and helping young people build resilience, confidence, and brighter futures.
