About the role:
PTC is on the lookout for a motivated Manager to oversee the locations of Tweed City, Tweed Mall and Sunnyside Mall stores, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This unique role combines strategic leadership with hands-on repair and customer engagement. You'll not only inspire and coach your teams but also work alongside them to deliver outstanding results.
To be successful for this role, you will:
* Oversee the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs.
* Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service.
* Train, mentor, and inspire store leaders and their teams to achieve success.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies.
