We are seeking someone to head our service team.
This sales support role is based in our Rosebery NSW Office and offers you:

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and flexible person to lead our NSW team.
We need flexibility as this role requires you to learn every area of our Service Department, including handling projects, administration and provisioning.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Scheduling Technician Team Calendars
- Appointment setting Technical Team Site Visits
- Order entry and order management
- Preparing quotations
- Telstra orders & processing & provisioning
- Carriage procurement, Data, IP and SIP
- Oversee and Manage Carriage Projects
We need a flexible team player with a range of skills, including:
- Strong organisational ability
- Solid MS Office computer skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Accurate data entry
- Engaging telephone manner.
- Team-and-Customer-focused attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication are essential
What we are looking for:
- Experience within the telecommunication industry
- Telstra Mobile provisioning experience or Telstra retail experience is required
- Full training will be provided but interest and/or experience in Telecommunications, IT, and Project Management will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Telstra, Optus AAPT, Vocus, Engin, Vodafone, TPG or any carrier experience will be an advantage.
