**The Opportunity**-**
Build partnerships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and lead delivery of insights across the portfolio.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:
- Understand key platforms used within domains (i.e.: Product, Sales/Marketing, Risk, Finance, etc.) and is able to link business processes to systems and data captured/generated within it.
- Be a hands-on lead that is able to execute on requirements by each domain to deliver actionable insights.
- Be the trusted advisor to stakeholders to provide solutions solve complex analytics problems with the right data, actionable insights and tools.
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and have the curiosity and sense of accountability to work through complex issues to achieve an outcome.
- Is comfortable working with large amount of data and able to generate insights with SQL, Excel, Python/R and proficient with BI tools (PowerBI, Qlik/etc).
**Soft Skills & Competencies we can't do without**:
- Analytical, articulate communicator and consultative in approach to solving problems.
- Understanding of data and analytics technologies and/or approaches and how to leverage strategically to deliver impactful outcome for the business.
- Solid SQL and data visualization skills (using Excel/PowerBI/Qlik) in working with large data set.
**Skills we would like**:
- Experience in payments/merchant acquiring/banking industry will be advantageous.
- Experience in enabling product/portfolio or sales/marketing with actionable insights.
- Commercially focused and is able to link commercial outcomes to insights.
