What You'll Do:
Front-of-house merchandise sales and customer service
Serving agricultural customers with chemical, fertiliser, and seed requirements
Packaging, bagging, blending, and loading fertiliser products
Loading and unloading customer and company trucks
Supporting seed treatment and fertiliser treatment operations
General warehouse and yard duties
Opportunity to grow within the business and develop leadership responsibilities
What You'll Bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Problem-solving mindset
Strong customer service focus
Computer literacy
Forklift licence (not essential but willing to acquire)
Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (not essential but willing to acquire)
