The successful candidate will have:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or at least 3 years of office-based experience.
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Detailed knowledge of and ability to interpret building-related legislation and regulation.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
