The main purpose of the Senior Creative Designer is to bridge the gap between data and design. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing and brand storytelling, and can translate insights into thumb-stopping ad creative.
You'll work closely with our performance marketers, designers, and video editors to ideate, test, and iterate high-performing creative across ad and email platforms.

Creative Strategy Excellence
* Analysis of data to continually optimise and improve client campaigns.
* Identify gaps in performance and make recommendations for improvement.
* Working knowledge of digital campaigns and content creation for digital campaigns across a range of platforms including (but not limited to): Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising.
* Work with the broader marketing team to create, review and implement digital strategies for clients.
* Ongoing review of strategy of clients to maintain relevancy of campaigns and digital marketing.
* Create trusted relationships with clients through transparent conversations, regular communication and incredible results.
* Report any concerns to senior team members.
Creative & Design Excellence
* Develop creative concepts and ad angles based on performance data, trends, and client goals
* Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and editors to produce scroll-stopping ad creatives
* Analyse creative performance and distill learnings into clear recommendations
* Lead and document creative testing strategies across different platforms
* Conduct competitor and market research to spot opportunities
* Present ideas and creative strategies internally and to clients
* Maintain alignment between brand messaging and performance goals
* Stay on top of platform-specific trends (e.g. Meta ad formats, TikTok hooks, Pinterest inspiration styles)
* UX/UI design concepts and strategies to improve key metrics
* Email design
* Onsite video and photography for clients and the agency
Agency Marketing
* Assist the team to create and maintain and industry leading brand image for the agency
* Creation and editing of agency marketing and sales collateral
What you will need
* 3+ years experience in a similar role within a digital agency.
* Proven track record in UX/UI design
* Proven track record in ad creative design
* Strong understanding of Figma
* Strong understanding of video editing software
* Strong understanding of direct-response creative and ad psychology
* Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar paid social platforms
* Ability to interpret data and apply it to creative decision-makingExceptional storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication instincts
* Strong digital/social strategy, communications and content development background.
* Proactive and self-motivated, highly curious, collaborative and digital/social thinker.
* Effective interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
* Analytical skills to identify risks and solve any problems which may arise.
* Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.

Education, Qualifications & Licences
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism (or similar)
