Key Responsibilities:
* Have an in-depth knowledge of Rubicon Products and services.
* Conduct on-site installations and commissioning of Rubicon products.
* Lead fault diagnosis and repairs - whether on site or in the factory - to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
* Collaboration with other teams to develop and implement system modifications and upgrades.
* Provide exceptional customer service and customer support for queries, faults, repairs, and maintenance.

Job Description:

* A solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to strip down and reassemble products, and competency in using computers to manage data and documentation.
* Knowledge of DC electrical theory, SCADA systems, and data communications.
* Understanding of OH&S principles and Quality Assurance.
* Ability to work independently and remotely.
* Motivated and self-starting individual, with strong communication skills.
* Enjoy working outdoors.
