The Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and sales support to our State Manager, Sales Manager, and sales team. Working from home, you will play a key role in coordinating pricing, promotions, purchasing, and data administration as well as ensuring the sales team has everything they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative and customer support to internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinate pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the sales team
* Manage procurement, point-of-sale materials and the storage facility located at Castle Hill
* Support sales representatives with day-to-day tools, including tablets, phones and vehicles
* Maintain accurate sales data and assist with reporting
* Assist with trade promotions, events, and product tastings
* Contribute positively to team goals and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety policies
About You
* Proficiency in general office computer applications
* Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
* Strong planning, organisational and multitasking abilities
* Initiative and a proactive approach to all aspects of the role
* Professional presentation
* A current NSW Drivers License and own transportation
* Whilst not essential a knowledge of the wine industry, products, and services or experience in sales, marketing or promotions is desireable
