Who is Everyday Business Banking (EBB)?
EBB supports businesses of all sizes through Cash Management, Merchant Solutions, Customer Lifecycle Management and customer‑focused propositions, with specialist expertise from Transaction Banking and Payment Technical Sales teams. We offer hybrid ways of working to help you balance work and life.
Following an internal promotion, we're excited to offer this opportunity within EBB. While the role can be regionally based, the travel required means Perth may be the most practical location. The territory spans from Perth in the south, through Kalgoorlie in the east, and up to Karratha in the north, offering broad regional exposure.
Do work that matters
Join us as a Transaction Banking Specialist supporting Regional Agribusiness Banking clients with expert guidance, fresh thinking and industry insights. You'll identify opportunities across Cash Management, CommBiz, Merchant Solutions, BPAY, Direct Debit, Corporate Cards and Partnerships for clients with turnover above $3M, working closely with stakeholders to deliver commercial, innovative and customer‑centric outcomes.
More specifically, you will:
Drive new‑to‑bank growth and deepen existing relationships to enhance clients' working capital and cash flow.
Build, manage and convert a high‑quality pipeline of transaction banking opportunities across varied client segments.
Apply deep product expertise to create innovative, customer‑focused transaction banking solutions.
Collaborate with relationship teams to uncover opportunities, improve portfolio performance and advance key initiatives.
Uplift capability by coaching bankers with insights that strengthen transaction banking knowledge and customer outcomes.
What are we looking for?
