A growing real estate credit platform is expanding its Melbourne investment team, following a sustained period of growth and strong transaction flow.
The business has built a reputation for being active, commercial and solutions-focused - working closely with borrowers to structure and deliver deals across construction and transitional assets. Rather than competing with the major banks, the platform plays in parts of the market where flexibility, speed and practical underwriting matter.
With a consistent pipeline of repeat borrowers and new opportunities, the team is regularly deployed on live transactions, offering genuine hands-on exposure early in your career.
This is a true execution seat within a lean, high-performing team.
You will support both deal execution and origination activity - working closely with senior team members and the Origination Director to assess, shape and deliver transactions from initial screening through to close and ongoing management.
You will also attend client meetings, gaining early exposure to borrower interaction and the commercial drivers behind deal flow.
