Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound emails and maintain timely correspondence with clients and internal teams.
* Liaise with clients to coordinate job details, clarify requirements, and resolve administrative queries.
* Create and manage job entries in our internal management system.
* Verify traffic controller timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain and update the job book, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
* Upload and manage relevant documents (e.g. traffic plans, permits, safety documentation) for each job.
* Generate invoices based on job data, timesheets, and project documentation, ensuring billing is timely and accurate.
* Provide general administrative support to the Traffic Management Department as needed (filing, data entry, records management).
We're looking for someone with proven experience in an administrative or office support role. You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
