Overview
The Northern Land Council (NLC) is seeking a capable and organised Logistics & Customer Service Officer to support the coordination and delivery of high‐quality logistics for community consultations, meetings and regional activities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, enjoys working in the field, and works collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Role Summary
The Logistics & Customer Service Officer plays a key role in supporting the effective planning and delivery of meetings and community consultations across the region. Reporting to the Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator, you will assist with end-to‐end logistical coordination, including scheduling of meetings, travel, accommodation, venues, catering, vehicles and equipment.
You will ensure information is accurately recorded, assist with documentation and reporting, and support logistics staff in the field. You will also help manage assets, build positive relationships with stakeholders, and make sure all activities follow NLC policies, safety requirements and organisational values.

You bring sound judgment, strong problem‐solving skills, and the ability to plan ahead while responding flexibly to changing circumstances. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and service delivery standards.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications and/or an equivalent qualification, or a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar logistics or coordination role.
* Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating meetings or events, including travel, accommodation, venues and resource requirements.
* Strong organisational, time‐management and problem‐solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Well‐developed written and verbal communication skills and confidence using computer systems and databases.
* Current C Class Driver's Licence and the ability and willingness to undertake remote travel, including operating manual 4WD vehicles.

Benefits
* Base salary of $76,946 per annum plus 15% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900, plus Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefit up to $2,650 per year.
* Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include District allowance of up to $4,884 (DA2) per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,678 (DA1) without dependents.
* Generous leave provisions – 5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 18 days personal leave; paid Christmas close‐down; upon completion of 12 months of service an annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $3,177.
