Senior Parts Interpreter Role You’ll combine technical knowledge with leadership and supplier coordination to drive the parts operation forward. Key Responsibilities: Deliver standout service to customers and the workshop. Manage supplier relationships and procurement. Oversee inventory, stock control, and budget performance. Sell a wide range of parts and accessories, process sales orders. What You’ll Need: Parts experience in auto, 4WD or light commercial Effective communication and organisational skills Technical knowledge to identify automotive components Inventory management skills Solid grasp of sourcing systems and supplier networks Proven leadership capability and a commercial mindset Senior Service Advisor Role You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating service and repair work while ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage bookings and coordinate with techs. Explain service work clearly and professionally. Generate quotes, invoices, and service records. Help drive workshop targets and workflow.
