Aberfoyle Hub School OSHC is excited to welcome a passionate OSHC & Vacation Care Assistant Director to join our vibrant leadership team and service. This is a pivotal opportunity to work closely with our Director, providing consistent guidance, support, and inspiration to a team of dedicated educators.

Role Requirements
Commencement Date: 5th January 2026
* Minimum 10 hours per week, 50 working weeks per year.
* Rostered for Before & After School Care, Vacation sessions and administrative duties.
* Under the direction of the Aberfoyle Hub Primary School Deputy Principal, OSHC Director and the school Governing Council, the OSHC & Vacation Care Assistant Director will have shared responsibility for coordinating the activities of OSHC & Vacation Care programs on a day-to-day basis.
* The OSHC & Vacation Care Assistant Director will have full knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law, Education and Care Service, National Regulations, National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place and the United National Rights of the child.
* In the Director's absence, the OSHC & Vacation Care Assistant Director is to be trained and familiarised in all elements of the service to maintain consistency for educators, children and families.

* have the ability to implement positive and supportive behaviour management practices and be a good role model for students .
* display excellent interpersonal skills, such as honesty, adaptability, empathy and good time management.
* be an active commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.
You will have:
* Diploma School Age Education & Care or equivalent.
* Working With Children Check certificate.
* Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse & Neglect- Education & Care.
* First Aid in Education & Care.
* CPR.
* Food Safety Certificate
Desirable
* Food Safety Supervisor training.
* Experience in trauma informed practices and neurodivergent children.
