About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as a Senior Electrical Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals to achieve high levels of performance and productivity. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex maintenance issues.
In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and priorities. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources, ensuring that maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
* Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules, taking into account equipment availability, resource constraints, and business priorities.
* Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, ensuring that it is done safely and efficiently.
* Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage maintenance budgets and resources, ensuring that they are allocated effectively and used to achieve business objectives.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex maintenance issues.
